MARE
This is a custom on the Breyer Classic Mustang Family Mare mold, a classic scale stock horse type, originally sculpted for the company by Maureen Love, prepped and hand painted by Amanda Dionne. She has had seams and logo removed, cleaned up/lightly modified forelock/mane/tail, udder added, and was prepped with long lasting compatible primer before painting. Her incredibly rich, glowing bay overo color was completed in hand painted high quality artist oils, airbrushed & hand painted acrylics and pastels/dry pigments. She has been thoroughly sealed in many layers to a satin finish, and eyes, hooves and nostrils have been glossed for realism, and extra protection. All models are signed and dated on the underside of their belly or a hoof, if there is enough room.
STALLION
This is a custom on the Breyer Classic Mustang Family Stallion mold, a classic scale stock horse type, originally sculpted for the company by Maureen Love, prepped and hand painted by Amanda Dionne. He has had seams and logo removed, ears carved, a cleaned up/lightly modified mane & tail, appropriate stallion anatomy added, and was prepped with long lasting compatible primer before painting. His rich shaded, black minimal overo color was completed in hand painted high quality artist oils, airbrushed & hand painted acrylics and pastels/dry pigments. He has been thoroughly sealed in many layers to a satin finish, and eyes, hooves and nostrils have been glossed for realism, and extra protection. All models are signed and dated on the underside of their belly or a hoof, if there is enough room.
FOAL
This is a custom on the Breyer Classic Mustang Family Foal mold, a classic scale stock horse type, originally sculpted for the company by Maureen Love, prepped and hand painted by Amanda Dionne. She has had seams and logo removed, ears carved, a cleaned up/lightly modified forelock, and was prepped with long lasting compatible primer before painting. Her pretty sorrel overo color was completed in hand painted high quality artist oils, airbrushed & hand painted acrylics and pastels/dry pigments. She has been thoroughly sealed in many layers to a satin finish, and eyes, hooves and nostrils have been glossed for realism, and extra protection. All models are signed and dated on the underside of their belly or a hoof, if there is enough room.
