Tracking is provided on all purchases, so PLEASE be sure to check it regularly. We cannot control and are not responsible for what happens once items are shipped and in the hands of the postal system, however we will help within reason should an issue arrise.
**Commissioned models will NOT be shipped until balance, shipping, insurance, and any additional charges have been paid in full**
